FIBERTOP 10G XFP Tunable DWDM 50GHZ 40km Optical Module

XFP-TD82TG-40DC Small Form Factor 10GBASE-ER 10Gb/s (XFP) transceivers are compliant with the current XFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) Specification. The high performance cooled DWDM TUNABLE transmitter and high sensitivity APD receiver provide superior performance for SONET/SDH, 10G FC and Ethernet applications up to 40km optical links.

The transceiver contain a C-band-tunable integrated Mach-Zehnder (MZ) laser, enabling data transmission over single-mode ﬁber through an industry-standard LC connector. On the receiver side, the 10Gbps data stream is recovered from an APD/ trans-impedance ampliﬁer, and passed to an output driver. This module features a hot-pluggable electrical interface.
