This SFP 1000BASE-ZX CWDM 80km module is designed for use with Cisco networks switches and routers, and equivalent to Cisco CWDM-SFP-1270. It is programmed and tested at the factory, allowing it to be mixed and deployed with Cisco OEM CWDM transceivers for seamless network performance and interoperability. The module is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet and 1G fiber channel application, providing a high capacity, high bandwidth communication solutions for multiplexed optical networks. This compatible CWDM-SFP-1270 need uses with CWDM Multiplexer/Demultiplexer (CWDM Mux/Demux) that is separately sold by FIBERTOP.
