Adopting cooled EML laser transmitter and high‑sensitivity APD photodiode with TIA preamplifier, it achieves up to 100 km ultra‑long‑haul transmission over single‑mode fiber following 100 GHz ITU‑T C‑Band grid. Hot‑pluggable SFP+ footprint with duplex LC receptacle, supporting real‑time DDM digital diagnostic monitoring complying with SFF‑8472. Powered by single +3.3 V supply, operating case temperature 0℃~70℃.
