Standard Warranty Period
Warranty begins on the date of shipment from the factory, verifiable by order number or serial number (SN).
Covers the full 10G / 25G / 100G / 200G / 400G / 800G compatible and in-house developed lineup. Standard configuration, ready from the moment you unbox.
High-end computing-specific models and customized OEM/ODM projects can be upgraded to a 5-year warranty as specified in the contract, protecting long-term investment value.
After repair or replacement, the effective warranty is the longer of the "remaining original warranty" or "90 days from replacement date" — not reset to full duration.

Applicable to non-human-caused defects only. Where the manufacturer determines a defect in materials or workmanship, all services below are provided free of charge.
Free Inspection, Repair & Replacement
If the factory determines a material or workmanship defect, the product is repaired free of charge. If repair is not possible, a brand-new module is provided at no cost.

FIBERTOP covers all shipping costs — both the customer's return shipment and the factory's return after repair. Overseas customers can use a nearby bonded warehouse for faster processing.

The technical team confirms the product is under warranty and the issue is a quality defect, then issues an RMA form specifying the return address and packaging requirements. Returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.

The warranty is immediately void under the following circumstances. In such cases, only the cost of components is charged — free repair or replacement is not provided.
- Exceeding the Warranty Period
The product has exceeded the agreed warranty duration; free services no longer apply. - Unauthorized Disassembly or Modification
Self-disassembly, sanding of gold contacts, PCB modification, or removal of the original SN label. - Improper Use or Environment
Voltage exceeding specifications, high-temperature/humid/dusty/corrosive environments, static damage, or dirty/scratched fiber optic end faces. - External Forces or Force Majeure
Transportation impacts, crushing, water ingress, lightning strikes, fire, or other physical or natural damage. - Third-Party Equipment Damage
Consequential damage caused by pairing with low-quality switches or non-standard power supplies. - Unverifiable Product Origin
Products obtained through the second-hand market, unofficial channels, or without a valid order or serial number that cannot be traced.
Post-Warranty After-Sales Policy
Warranty expiry does not mean end of service. FIBERTOP continues to offer paid repair services and long-term partnership support programs.
Lifetime Paid Repairs
Only the component cost plus a small labor fee is charged. No high service fees — ensuring long-term operating costs remain transparent and manageable.
Trade-In Discount
The residual value of your old module can be deducted from the purchase price of a new one, making device upgrades more affordable and reducing total procurement cost.
Annual Maintenance Agreement
Long-term clients can sign an annual maintenance agreement to secure guaranteed repair turnaround times, preferential pricing, and priority supply of replacement parts.
