SFP28 25G DWDM 40km Transceiver

The SFP‑DWxxT5‑40DCP is high‑performance SFP28 DWDM transceiver with 25.78Gbps bit rate. Based on 100 GHz ITU C‑Band wavelength grid, it adopts cooled EML laser transmitter and high‑sensitivity APD photodiode with TIA preamplifier, achieving up to 40 km transmission over single‑mode fiber(SMF). It comes with hot‑pluggable SFP+ footprint and duplex LC receptacle, supporting real‑time DDM digital diagnostic monitoring complying with SFF‑8472. Powered by single +3.3 V supply with power dissipation below 3.3 W, the module operates at 0℃~70℃ case temperature. It meets Class I laser safety, SFP+ MSA and RoHS requirements, ideal for 25G Ethernet, metro DWDM wavelength‑division‑multiplexing and long‑distance data‑center interconnection.
