Ultra-Low Power Consumption: Typical power dissipation under 16W, significantly reducing overall power and cooling costs in large-scale AI deployments.

800G OSFP Form Factor: Fully compliant with OSFP MSA and CMIS standards, supporting 8×106.25Gbps (53.125GBd PAM4) electrical and optical interfaces.

Advanced Silicon Photonics Platform: Based on a state-of-the-art Silicon Photonics (SiPh) chip integrating active and passive optoelectronic components, combined with 3D packaging technology and a 7nm DSP.

Reach and Connectivity: 800GBASE-DR8 / 2DR4 configuration, supporting up to 500m over G.652 single-mode fiber (SMF) with KP-FEC.

Dual MPO-12/APC Receptacles: Optimized for high-density AI fabric interconnects.

Built-in Digital Diagnostics: Full monitoring and control via two-wire serial interface.

Commercial Temperature Range: 0°C to +70°C case operating temperature.

High Reliability: Designed to withstand harsh operating conditions including temperature, humidity, and EMI interference.
