SFP 4G SR Fiber Channel MMF 850nm 300m LC DOM Transceiver Module
The SFP 4G SR Fiber Channel transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting data rate of 4.25Gbps.
Link lengths at 4.25Gbps: 150 m with 50 um MMF, 70 m with 62.5 um MMF.
Link lengths at 2.125Gbps: 300 m with 50 um MMF, 150 m with 62.5 um MMF.
Link lengths at 1.0625Gbps: 500 m with 50 um MMF, 300 m with 62.5 um MMF.
The transceiver consists of three sections: a VCSEL laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement and SFF-8472 digital diagnostics functions.
